It's common knowledge to replace the spark plugs at the beginning of each season.
The mistake most people make is they put the new plugs in before they have run the engine.
The problem with this is the engine has fogging oil inside it that needs to burn out and can cause plugs to foul during the first few minutes of running.
The correct way is to run your engine with the old plugs in it to burn out all the fogging oil first. Then install your new spark plugs for the season.
It is also important to maintain the exterior of the watercraft. One of the best ways to do so is by applying a waterproof gloss coating that will protect against the elements.
We highly recommend using Maxima Racing Oils SC1 High Gloss Coating.
